Also one wonders how much damage to the environment we are doing to produce them? (what is the actual cost...? how much money is being redirected from true energy generation system to this trendy system which is still not sufficient to go anywhere near actually replacing ... people may argue we should put in more money to R&D for this but sadly we will pay the price (it seems) for not having R&D in real power generation systems.... ).. maybe i am too pessimistic or have less belief in the media hype (we hear how wonderful wind power is - but is this actually any good ? ) sorry just my 20 cents.... if solar panels were that good we would use them to replace our major power plants – as we don’t they aren’t good enough yet..
